Please be aware that Jamf is experiencing intermittent trouble with Mobile Device Apps. When deploying apps in Jamf, you may see a caution symbol displayed next to the app name:
Clicking on the app name will result in an error message stating that the app in no longer available in the App Store, when in fact it is. Once Jamf corrects the error, the caution symbol will disappear but the app name will appear greyed-out. Clicking on the greyed-out app name will result in a new error message claiming that the app is disabled.
If you receive these error messages, please contact the Service Desk at 773-553-3925 for assistance. You may also use the instructions below as a workaround in your Jamf site to deploy Mobile Device Apps in the interim:
